Certified Drug Collection and Breath Alcohol Testing

Wellness Testing
We offer laboratory wellness testing to the public to promote health and wellness. Wellness testing does not require a physician's order.
There are 4 profiles that you can choose from (all profiles require a 12-hour fasting period prior to blood work):

Wellness testing will not be submitted to your insurance company. Your results will be sent directly to you. Complete the Wellness Testing Form and bring your payment to the registration desk to get started with your wellness screening.
