Clarke County Hospital partners with the Osceola Hy-Vee to offer a series of Healthy Cooking classes. The class is held at 5:30 p.m. on fourth Monday nearly each month.
Denise Boozell, a Hy-Vee dietian, leads the class at the Hy-Vee store, located at 515 W. McLane in Osceola. Denise prepares tasty dishes and provides samples for class participants.
