Medical Staff
The Hospital credentials an extensive medical staff of both active and courtesy members. More than 80 active and courtesy physicians are on staff with specialties from allergy to urology. Clarke County boasts a number of professional primary care and specialty physicians.

Primary Care Physicians Include:

George Fotiadis MD
Dr. Fotiadis is a member of Iowa Health Physicians Clarke County Family Practice in Osceola. He received a BS in Biology from Mary Crest College, and earned his M.D. from University of Iowa College of Medicine in 1979. Board Certified Family Practice 1986.

Thomas Lower DO
Dr. Lower operates his clinic, located in downtown Osceola. He received his BA from Grinnell College in 1969. He earned his DO from the College of Osteopathic Medicine and Surgery in 1975.

Julia Jenkins, DO
Dr. Jenkins is a member of the Iowa Health Physicians Clarke County Family Practice in Osceola. She received her BS from Mankato State University and DO from Des Moines University.  She completed her residency program at Iowa Lutheran Hospital in Des Moines.  Board Certified in Family Practice Medicine in 2006.

Carl Roleson, DO
Dr. Roleson operates his Southern Iowa Medical Clinic in Osceola. He received his medical degree from Des Moines University-Osteopathic Medical Center in Des Moines Iowa in 1994. He completed his Internship from Des Moines General from 1994-1995, and Residency training from Des Moines General Hospital from 1995-2001.
