The Clarke County Hospital is governed by a seven-member Board of Trustees elected by the citizens of Clarke County. Each member serves a six-year term. The CCH Trustees terms are staggered, and they may be elected to an unlimited number of terms.

The officers of the Board of Trustees are elected from the seven members and serve one-year terms beginning in January of each year. The Board of Trustees meets the fourth Wednesday of each month at 12 p.m. in the Jackson Room at the CCH Hospital.

The Board's duties include approving the annual budget, setting hospital policy and governing the operation of the Clarke County Hospital.
