Natalie Gergler, PA-C

Natalie Gergler, PA-C, provides gastroenterology (digestive health) services at Clarke County Clinic. She has been part of the Iowa Digestive Disease Center since 2025. With 18 years of experience in medicine, Natalie has worked in a wide range of settings, including trauma, surgery, the ICU, and the emergency department. She has also enjoyed teaching and mentoring, helping to train both physician assistants and medical students. In collaboration with a surgeon, she helped start and lead a Surgical Oncology service In Virginia, which continues to serve patients today. Natalie is passionate about using her experience to provide high-quality care and to help patients better understand their health.
