Iowa Senate President Amy Sinclair Visits Clarke County Hospital

Clarke County Hospital (CCH) recently welcomed Iowa Senate President Amy Sinclair for a visit to the hospital. Senator Sinclair represents Iowa Senate District 12, which includes Clarke County and several surrounding counties.
During the visit, members of CCH leadership met with Senator Sinclair to share more about the hospital, the services available to patients, and the important role rural healthcare plays in supporting the health and well-being of the communities CCH serves.
The visit also provided an opportunity for discussion about rural healthcare and the experiences, opportunities, and challenges facing rural hospitals and the communities that depend on them. CCH leadership shared insight into the hospital’s efforts to maintain access to high-quality healthcare services close to home while continuing to respond to the evolving needs of the region.
