Recognize a CCH Team Member

Celebrating Those Who Make a Difference

At Clarke County Hospital, exceptional care is delivered by exceptional people. Every day, our team members go above and beyond to provide compassionate care, outstanding service, and meaningful support to our patients, visitors, and one another.

Our employee recognition programs celebrate those who embody our mission and values by recognizing individuals who make a lasting impact through kindness, teamwork, professionalism, and service excellence. If you've experienced remarkable care or witnessed a team member making a difference, we encourage you to submit a nomination.

DAISY Award for Extraordinary Nurses

The DAISY Award recognizes nurses who provide extraordinary, compassionate care and consistently make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients, families, and fellow team members.

Established by the DAISY Foundation in memory of J. Patrick Barnes, the award honors the clinical skill, compassion, and dedication that nurses bring to every patient interaction.

Patients, family members, visitors, physicians, volunteers, and fellow employees are all encouraged to nominate a nurse who has gone above and beyond to deliver exceptional care.

Nominate a nurse if they have demonstrated:

  • Compassionate, patient-centered care
  • Clinical excellence and professionalism
  • Exceptional kindness and empathy
  • Advocacy for patients and families
  • A lasting, positive impact on others

ROSE Award (Recognition of Outstanding Service Excellence)

Just as every rose contributes to the beauty of a garden, every member of our support team plays an important role in helping Clarke County Hospital provide exceptional care.

The ROSE Award (Recognition of Outstanding Service Excellence) honors non-nursing employees who consistently go above and beyond in serving patients, visitors, coworkers, and our community. Whether working behind the scenes or on the front lines, these team members help create the compassionate, welcoming environment our patients deserve.

Patients, visitors, physicians, volunteers, and fellow employees are invited to nominate a deserving non-nursing team member.

Nominate a team member if they have demonstrated:

  • Outstanding customer service
  • Compassion and kindness
  • Teamwork and collaboration
  • Professionalism and dependability
  • A commitment to making a positive difference every day

Ready to recognize an outstanding team member? Complete our online Rose Award nomination form or pick up a paper form at the hospital's main lobby.
