Patient Transportation

Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) to and from Clarke County Hospital/Clinic and the patient’s home, at no cost to the patient, is available for patients who lack transportation to address their healthcare needs.

Patient transportation is available Tuesday - Friday between 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. (excluding holidays). 

Patients are eligible for transportation if they are:

• Medicaid Recipients
• Medicare Recipients

Ambulatory and wheelchair transportation will be provided to eligible patients based on the following parameters:

• Patient must be 18 years or older or be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
• Any medical equipment required by the patient must be travel-approved and secured.
• Transportation will only occur to and from the patient’s residence within Clarke County and Clarke County Hospital.
